I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I sighed up for my first Bar Method class. I struggled to get through it. But the instructor was so positive and supportive that I was motivated to keep going, even when I thought I couldn’t.

When I left I thought to myself “that was way out of my league, but the only way it will ever be in my league is if I keep going.” And so I did.

What was more incredible was how attending Bar Method classes motivated me to become healthier. I changed my eating habits, not only cutting back on the amount I was eating, but also trying to eat healthier.

During my journey to becoming fit, the Bar Method instructors and fellow students have been an incredible source of support. They motivate me, they encourage me, they praise me, and they push me to work harder.

Now, at the age of almost 43, I am in the best shape of my life. I now try to attend classes four times a week. Gladys
